Kwara State Association of Nigeria, North America (KSANG) 5^th National Convention is almost here, excitement is mounting, the buzz is in the air, colorful attires have been purchased, travel bags are packed or about to be packed, the youths are all excited…….so why the buzz?!  Our very own illustrious leader, HE Governor Abubakar Bukola Saraki is being honored in Seattle, Washington on July 3^rd, 2010.  As a matter of fact, two of his Governor-friends and friends of Kwara are also joining him on this August occasion.

The 2010 KSANG National Convention has been designed with you our members and friends in mind.  While our convention will be focused on “Building unlimited capacity for Socio-Economic development in Kwara State, Nigeria through emerging Information Technology-based Education, in partnership with members of the Diaspora”,   Let me assure you that it is our commitment to bring you best convention experience ever!  We are rolling out the red carpet and preparing for four days of Kwara style celebration that will be most memorable and will leave lasting impact in the “Emerald City”, Seattle.  From the moment you arrive, our hospitality team will ensure you have the best stay and great experience in Seattle.  

While this event will certainly present its set of challenges, we are very optimistic that it will be purposeful, fun and enjoyable.  However, key to a successful convention lies with all of us.  Your understanding and cooperation in a flawless execution, albeit daunting, will be highly appreciated.  We ask that you keep an open mind and please, don’t hesitate to send us your feedback.

·         Governor’s Welcome Dinner [Cover charge: $35/person (KSANG Members) $50/Person (No-KSANG members)]

·         After Dinner Party – Featuring “Best West Coast” Nigerian DJ – Segun Osunlaja
